Why this build?

Ubuntu 24.04 dropped tightvncserver entirely. This build restores TightVNC with modern fixes:

• Restored for Ubuntu 24.04 — the only way to get tightvncserver on Noble without building from source. Modernised build system for GCC 10+ and current X11 libraries
• Display scaling — -scale option (e.g. -scale 50) with bilinear interpolation for smooth rendering in 16/32bpp modes, blending 4 nearest source pixels. All encodings (raw, tight, hextile, RRE, CoRRE, CopyRect) and soft cursor work at any scale
• 64-bit crash fixes — missing function prototypes, unsafe pointer casts replaced with memcpy(), buffer overflow in popup button names, deprecated XKeycodeToKeysym() replaced with XkbKeycodeToKeysym()
• Crash handling — signal handlers for SIGSEGV/SIGABRT/SIGBUS with automatic backtrace capture, persistent debug logging to /tmp/vncviewer_debug.log, and Xt error recovery
• Auto-reconnect — automatic reconnection on server connection loss with 3-second retry delay
• SSH + x11vnc integration — -sshvnc user@host SSHes to a remote machine, starts x11vnc, creates an SSH tunnel, and connects the viewer automatically. Optional -sshvnc-display :N to specify the X display and -sshvnc-persist to keep x11vnc running after the viewer exits
