KIO worker for native rsync:// protocol support in KDE. Speaks the rsync daemon wire protocol directly over TCP, enabling Konqueror and other KDE applications to browse and download from rsync servers without shelling out to /usr/bin/rsync.
This package does not exist in any Linux distribution. It is an entirely new KDE KIO worker that adds native rsync:// protocol support to the KDE desktop.
/usr/bin/rsync; communicates directly over TCP with rsync daemon serversrsync://host/module/pathNote: this standalone package conflicts with kio-extras, which bundles the same rsync worker alongside KDE’s other KIO workers. Install one or the other, not both.
